Traditional Rice Clay Pot medium with free Ash powder
Made from Pure Alluvial Soil containing rich river silts which is the most natural form of clay and helps our products become more durable, resist temperature & water absorbency. This clay is more porous but also not permeable at the same time. Cooking rice in a clay pot has its own advantages. Apart from the fresh and pleasant aroma of the boiling rice; slow cooking helps in preserving the nutrients and nutritional value is further improved as nutrients from the clay enter the preparation. Moreover, the rice cooked in a clay pot has a lesser fat content.
