Deep Burned clay kal chatti Medium sized with free Ash Powder

Made from pure alluvial soil containing rich river silt, which is the most natural form of clay, it helps our products become more durable and resist temperature & water absorbency. This clay is more porous but not permeable. Kalchatti is ideal for cooking a wide range of Indian and Western dishes. It is naturally non-stick. Can cook using little to no oil. Most of the steam, moisture, & oils in the food remain in the pot, so a lot of times little to no additional oil or liquids are required. Also, by the time your pot is fully seasoned, it is also naturally non-stick. It is safe to cook on a gas stove or on a wood fire.
